FLO2+ In-Person Sessions

40-minute individual hands-on breathing+flexibility work.

Delivered by a coach certified in the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s (NASM) groundbreaking Stretching and Flexibility certification, these sessions aim to optimize your breathing and movement, which are viewed as interrelated. The FLO2+ method provides assisted stretching, flexibility, and breath work in one integrated session.

Through a combination of movement and breathing techniques, research indicates that this form of ‘meditative movement’ can increase relaxation and bring a calmness to the body and mind. This combination can be used for recovery and performance purposes or to support your health and wellness journey.
